1. I'd like to be able to tell you why but as mentioned, I was only able to use it once before the appearance of the White Screen of No Return and I think the experience was so traumatic I must have completely blocked it from my memory.The app is by far the clunkiest apps I've seen.
2. Swipe a full page( seriously!) , Variety of colors, login page is cluttered etc update : 3/15 - one quarter passed and the app still sucks.
3. Login screen takes forever with a blank white screen with a tiny icon for finger print unlock.
4. Also allows quick(er) usage of the app to get information and help needed quicker.I try to load the app, but after the Aetna logo, the screen goes white.
5. I hope it will be a little better there.I was able to manage my claim the very first time I logged in, after installation.
6. When I try the "Find Care" button, I start to search and a list of potential providers comes up.
7. Due to character limits I can't give a full in-depth review of this app - I beg that Aetna Support or the Dev Team reach out for a fullly detailed and explained assessment of this app with suggestions.
8. Every attempt to manage my claim after my first login, I get an error message: "We're sorry.
9. When looking to compare costs, if I want to search by doctor, I need to know their first name, not just the last name.
10. Now my pin login doesn't work and it doesn't show the normal login too.
11. Phone/hardware back button doesn't always respond & works inconsistently when it does respond.
