1. Congratulation to the developer(s) and thank you! It is so appealing I can spend hours just looking around.it would have been very nice however the moons in the wrong location has no adjustments won't let me decide on what I want or music wise or anything no controls at all like most other stargazing apps you would have been nice some control but none in the Moon is in the wrong place and I cannot get it in the right place GPS is fine perfectly good with other stargazing apps except this oneOne of the best VR Experience! No ads, No buttons, just you and the universe with it's definitions, etc.

1. Fix StarTracker VR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StarTracker VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StarTracker VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StarTracker VR" » Open StarTracker VR -Mobile Sky Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StarTracker VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StarTracker VR -Mobile Sky Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StarTracker VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StarTracker VR -Mobile Sky Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StarTracker VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StarTracker VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StarTracker VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StarTracker VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StarTracker VR not working

2. Fix StarTracker VR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StarTracker VR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StarTracker VR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StarTracker VR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
