1. I have mailed twice but haven't got the reply.It's a great application for every flute player ,but at this time it's not working , can't show any kind of notetion ,so please improve the application as soon as possible ,we are waiting for your , reply , please ☺️ hope you understand ,good app though launching it its slow.

I use a 20mbps connection and still it works so slow it unreal.It's a good app frequent new addition will help a lot also Please give us a save butten so that we can save our favourite songs and we don't need to search it all the time Also it will be really helpful if you made your search function a bit robustThe songs are not loading.

3. Limited songs.. Lots of scope for improvement.Last year 2019 when I installed this was working fine.

4. Notes are not loading for last one month, so I uninstalled it.The concept is good but the app just crawls.

1. Fix Sargam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sargam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sargam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sargam" » Open Sargam : Song Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sargam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sargam : Song Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sargam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sargam : Song Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sargam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sargam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sargam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sargam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sargam not working

2. Fix Sargam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sargam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sargam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sargam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
