1. But that's not me I spend most of my time on horse's so I don't need that kind of stuff.and it takes to short of a time so that's not going to helpKgalalelo Makinta I love this app, its easy to use its simple very good and effective.I have just tried it a few hours ago and can already feel good.

One thing to note, side planks are only listed on one side, so I pause the workout and use a stop watch on my phone to complete the other side; easy fix on my part, but hopefully an easy fix for the developers, too.not challenging enough for me and It does not have enough exercises that will help some one that is fat.
3. THIS IS A VERY GOOD PERFECT APP.I have tried many apps didn't work but this one does its simplicity makes it easy to keep using it and with good results .I would recommend this for EVERYONE.
4. And I love the rest time in between each exercise 😉This is a good app.But I have question.The question is that when I start the app and go to the setting I saw there is a "time reminder" I have go there and write remind me 6:30.
