1. poor flow have to tap start between poses.the positions are wonderful and fun and comfortable but the app has too many adds the pop up before the position timer goes off and it needs more positions to doIt doesn't show or describe the yoga position, just one image for each exercise and count's the repetition, that's it.Very good very helpful could go at your own pace really lovely exercises not too much very clear voice, easy instructions really great app. It's very comfortable app.
2. Otherwise, its a great app!The poses are simple and easy to understand but I wish the app had more instruction and interactive features.Very basic app, the "exercises" are too easy.
3. I've been doing this prenatal yoga app for like 5 years (I am pregnant a lot, and I am lazy in between haha).
4. I didn't like having to keep my phone on my to start every single stretch.
5. However the developer should make it an automatic change to next step without the user pausing every step to start the next.
6. I like that there isn't someone talking hippie stuff at me, and I feel like it's my stretching time to get a baseline exercise done each day.
7. The calendar is just something pretty to look at and isn't interactive at all.Well flowed yoga app.
8. It will be great if there are more exercises or to be different for the day, but its okay and how it works right now.
9. Doesnt log the say you do yoga, or let you log previous days.
10. No music or voice to guide you either.I didn't like the app, way too many ads.
11. It only focuses on your arms and it's about the same stretch just from sitting/standing.
