1. I don't have time to baby this app while I'm trying to make my deliveries! There should be a "driver mode" which removes unwanted features, like when someone cancels an order (so what) but the app blares the loud noise through my car speakers!I need this app for work and it barely works! I can no longer turn the sounds off for when I am sleeping so it will go off while I'm sleeping and wake me up even if I logout the app it still makes the sounds so I have to delete and reinstall every time I need it .. also it will let customers order items we have taken off the menu! Lots of bugs that need to be fixed on this appCouriers take forever to reach the restaurant.
2. maybe add a time stamp with each order number so that I know what times of the day it has been busy.Very slow! Always freezes On friday and saturdays when we get slammed with skip orders the app cant keep up! It freezes or is way too slow! I always need to confirm on my phone as it is way faster.
3. To sum it all up (because I need more than 500 charters to list it all) -app lags too much -takes too much time to adjust prep time -drivers almost NEVER come in time -partner assisant for orders takes too long -i dont know if its maybe just my region but the drivers are also BEYOND rude.
4. Customer service is horrendous.1. please stop allowing drivers to drop orders because there is no tip or it is a cash order.
5. Seems like their restaurant email is just to park the requests and forget about it; I wonder if there is any technical guy even checking them or Skip has a technical support people.
6. Integration with Deliveract and other aggrigators is not existant as they still want you to use there app for order times, pause, and most functions.
7. Takes its time logging in, chews through a bunch of my data to eventually tell me there's an update.
8. I have had customers waiting for 2+ hours because no one would accept the order because there was no tip or because it was a cash order.
9. I order out a lot.No technical support at all.
10. Now i can't order from skip anymore.
11. A feedback for whoever is designed it or maintaining it - please reverse your last update to keep it going at least, we will survive with that.
