Anyway, the branding and the app layout are awesome; congrats to the developers.Não consigo acessar minha poupança, quando tento aparece o erro "Could not convert class SaveTransactionsVO as Json from response contentType: application/json;charset=UTF-8"It's a nice neobank attached to a big holdings... They seem to value their clients more than Nubank, but the lack of human support is irritating.

2. I've been trying to add the card to Google Pay over the last 5 days and I was given numerous excuses on what needs to be done to resolve the issues -- yet the issue still remains.This sucks big time the bank not so much.

3. Because of it, I can't verify if my last card bill was payed and probably, if it was not, they are charging a late fee.It's not a CREDIT CARD, it's just a DEBIT CARD and all the time offers a dental plan (yes, this is very strange).

4. Although I still believe it could have a clear page to show credit card bill, I am enjoying using it so far.

5. The physical card is also pretty dope.Horrible! Unreal! The level of incompetence of support staff is staggering.
