1. Every time you try to log in, even though your pin number is correct, you get an error message that says "pin must be numeric." It's a huge let down to contribute money to my stock account and never be able to check it.This app is beyond terrible you can rarely ever long in so dont waste your time cause all you're gonna get from it is severe aggravation.Am unable to access the information from app, cannot get account amounts, numbers of stock, current price of stock.

2. Only works on phone, desktop version endlessly loads and the main Computershare website doesn't recognize passwords at all.Worked fantastic for years and out of no where it says my pin must be numeric (which it is) and I can't login now.

3. It suggests to use a Contact Us feature but closes the app entirely instead of offering contact page.App never works.

4. I have Fingerprint, WIN and PIN and I have to use all 3 but always get some error message and can't access my account.

5. It goes through a log in proc3ss, then goes back to log in process.Used to work now it doesn't.

6. I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled this stupid app and it still doesn't work.

7. There is no contact us button so I have no idea how to resolve the issue.

8. This app never works, I've had it for a long time and have only ever successfully logged in maybe 8 times out of 50 tries.

11. I can log in with my WIN and a passcode, look at how many share I have, and sell them, but I can't make purchases or download flies for taxes.

1. Fix Associate Stock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Associate Stock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Associate Stock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Associate Stock" » Open Associate Stock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Associate Stock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Associate Stock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Associate Stock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Associate Stock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Associate Stock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Associate Stock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Associate Stock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Associate Stock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Associate Stock not working

2. Fix Associate Stock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Associate Stock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Associate Stock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
