Calls Customer Insights

1. But when you check your history, only the number is displayed.Works flawlessly on all wireless connections that I have been on including airports and international countries Wi-Fi connections, it is the only one that I could make work very simply by filling in the correct credentials, we have it connected to our Incredible PBX set up as a standard SIP account within that system.A wonderful application, but it lacks some modifications, one of them is when you choose the language of the phone Arabic, for example, the direction of the application will be shifted to the right, which leads to the design shifting something upon something, it should not obey to change the direction when the language changes Thank youGreat VoIP app! Easy to set up, great audio quality, simply working fine.

2. I make calls on other apps all the time and I never have issues with themLove it! Simple settings with proper defaults and smooth integration, and it actually works without crash! The only SIP app I could find that works! Great icon, doesn't look like an engineer made it, yeah! 2020/01 Would love night theme and option to turn off "hangup" button sound, but it works! Yeah!App works great if you can be psychic and have it open before someone calls you.

3. But I miss some features: an optional notification icon to show the Calls status, options to set Calls to be active only in WiFi, maybe also different codec priorities for WiFi/4G/3G and 2G.Doesn't work properly with Asterisk, Sip Express, Fritz Box or any VoIP provider I tried.

4. unfortunatly the background service of thid app doesnt seem to function properly which results in the softphone connection being unregistered meaning you cannot recieve calls if the app is running in the background.

5. One suggestion to fix: When someone who is not on your contact list calls you, you can see the number AND the name (my provider supports this) on the popup window.

6. Simple to configure, works great, there is even the possibility to record the cal.

7. Huge waste of time and effort and worse than useless, it simply cannot receive or send audio.

8. If I last more then 10 minutes without login in it disconnects itself and all incoming calls get rejected.

9. I don't know we but my VoIP works only with this app.

10. not very helpful.Works quite well with my sip provider.

11. Great work dev team, keep going.
