1. I pay $700/mo for Broadview and am very disappointed at the level of support and the lack of service.Working great now, used to be O.K.. One of things i always do, is logout of the account before switching networks so that it always logs in fast the next time.
2. Latest app version, OnePlus 6TWorks very well, you might need to change the DTMF tone setting, but once fixed the app has works perfecly.Does not Run on Pixel3.
3. I am not sure if i need to keep doing this, but since i had to before its become a new habit of mine.How about giving us the option to reset or retrieve our softphone login password?? You know, basic stuff like that.
4. Have a pair of plantronics but won't answer from headset because app doesn't have that featureapp changes settings randomly.
5. Doesn't ring most of the time, can't make calls out now.
6. Ditch this app and start over.Lousy sound quality, calls are always breaking up.
7. I wish I was able to tell what extension calls were coming in to.
8. very sketchy, not dependable.Unusable on the current version of Android, and no response from the developers.
9. drops calls when I attempt to answer.
10. As soon as my contract is up I'll be switchingI would love for it to have the remote call answering allowance.
