All are sending messages in abusive language No filter against themWhy the app gets automatically shut?? Now I've given 5 stars as the developers have fixed the crash issue.

3. Don't waist of your time guysThis app is very garbage , because it doesn't have any text in chat and not show user information or pictures, not show who is in chat with you or from witch country, it is very chilly and garbage, don't waste your timeIt totally free.

1. Fix AW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AW" » Open AW - video calls and chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AW - video calls and chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AW - video calls and chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AW not working

2. Fix AW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
