God bless you.Very nice to use,atleast it identyfies some ids with their real names but not all,there are some calls that it doesnt identify apart from their locations,they show locations but no names of the callerIts have been a experience well I lost say its very good having this app in my phone, but for the fact that I can no longer use it for calls instead its redirects back to my normal phone call instead of true callers call.CALLSAFE should be included on all phones manufactured.

I recommend this to everyone.After using the app for a while I am pleased to say that it works as advertised and it's easy to use and very versatile with lots of options to set up the app just the way you want it my only criticism is that you can't delete the call history and I hope you include the feature in a future update but as that does not affect the way the app works I would recommend you give it a try you may just be pleasently surprised Thanks to the developers for all the work you have put into this app 👍🐯I would absolutely recommend this app for anyone with a high call volume or business owners who need an advanced caller ID function.

Finally deleting it.Callsafe is the best app, all what they promise it will be rendering the app rendering it perfectly, the main reason why i want this app is to know the full name of the unknown caller that is not saved in my contact list, and this app also scan out all the Scamming numbers on your phone contact, this is the real app i needed.

1. Fix CallSafe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallSafe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallSafe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallSafe" » Open CallSafe - Caller ID, Call Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallSafe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallSafe - Caller ID, Call Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallSafe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallSafe - Caller ID, Call Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallSafe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallSafe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallSafe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallSafe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallSafe not working

2. Fix CallSafe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallSafe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallSafe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallSafe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
