1. 3.70 takes a much longer time to connect; sometimes the tunnel shows "connected" but there is no internet, and quite often, it does not reconnect automatically upon network change.

2. And when you connect its still hard to have a secure connection since the speed of net slows downPlease, do something about the time it takes to connect.

3. It was very tricky and takes a long time to connect at times, if it would connect at all.I've used this app for 2 years now and it was been free to use for that time until now.

4. i wonder if there is a way to sideload 3.64 again? thank youSubscription is just a hoax.. Even with a subscription, the Indian server was as slow as it can get, thanks for the 7day trial that helped with me save my money.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Psiphon Pro Issues

1. Fix Psiphon Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Psiphon Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Psiphon Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Psiphon Pro" » Open Psiphon Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Psiphon Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Psiphon Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Psiphon Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Psiphon Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Psiphon Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Psiphon Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Psiphon Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Psiphon Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Psiphon Pro not working


2. Fix Psiphon Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Psiphon Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Psiphon Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Psiphon Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
