1. please resolve this bug.I am decreasing my rating due to one reason which is in Android 9 or higher phones when calling the screen goes black and nothing shows up and also call cant end from app!!!!!!! Its mean if call receiver cant ends call then THE CALL CAN'T END and money will wasted even if app unistalled!!!!I did updated then it's asking to register and while register it's showing the window registering but not showing the credit balance.

2. I had balance before update an amount $9+.outgoing voice not listening by the other user after some seconds if the phone goes locked, or app minimized, phone display have to be up always, multitasking not possible, my device is Samsung Note 9Why they are asking permission for media, photos and camera.

3. In an ongoing call if the mobile screen is turned off the called party is not able to hear my conversation however i am able to hear the called party voice.

4. And it's sure that they don't need also these features of a cell phone.Why need permission in access media and photos? Why why why why? Are doing any fruad with people to access his photos and personal data.? Explain it fast.

5. But now it's showing only registering not showing the credit balance there.

6. Usually shows registering then show the credit balance.

7. I would gave it as 5 star since the calling quality is excellent in 4G or wifi network.

8. It's showing register.

9. Otherwise I will complain about it.This app not working now whyToday updated MoSIP.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MoSIP Issues

1. Fix MoSIP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MoSIP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MoSIP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoSIP" » Open MoSIP Mobile Dialer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoSIP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MoSIP Mobile Dialer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoSIP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoSIP Mobile Dialer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MoSIP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoSIP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MoSIP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoSIP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoSIP not working


2. Fix MoSIP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoSIP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoSIP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoSIP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
