Been trying it for hours now and had to login via my pc instead.Still needs improvements, fingerprint scanning is not always responsive and access code button does not work at allWirecard who U account use as their card issuer have been having issues since the start of June, have an extremely dodgy background, failed audits, massive fraud and administration, but U account have no issues dealing with this dodgy company! U account lied to its customers and assured us that the wirecard problems would not effect its customers, they lied, ive now spend 3 days with no access to my money and U account giving us zero information on when I will be access my money.

But I'm very happy it worksThis is an excellent banking app, the only issue i can say is when you pay a recipient, it needs to be transfered straight into recipients account, but otherwise i've not no problems, really pleased with the service, i would highly recomend.after falling into financial problems and not having the options of credit, this card has been a great help allowing me the options of online payments, contactless, and full control of my spending, without the worry of further debt.Great when it works, But after an update today I cannot login, It just forever loads.

3. Now banking for free with a basic bank account from traditional high street bank in the United Kingdom.

4. It has a convenient app, you can check your account 24/7 and block your card easily if you lose it.

5. Other than that other banks cause you trouble getting paid into this account for the 1st transfer.

6. I'm in an IVA so needed a bank account that was simple and easy to open.

7. U Account is a win for a £10 monthly fee.

8. You have a debit card (granted, the fact that you can't see what your 'pending transactions' are is quite annoying but..) and you can set up direct debits.

9. What more do you want😁Nice to have an app, because every company has one now but this adds zero to anything the browser on your phone can do.

10. You can save log in details on the browser, which won't log you out as soon as you flick away to check something, which the app does.

11. Don't say that I didn't warn you!Used to a very quick app, not so good now, takes ages to load, if it does at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix U Account Issues

1. Fix U Account Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart U Account: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the U Account App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "U Account" » Open U Account » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for U Account » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear U Account app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from U Account servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "U Account" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check U Account app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, U Account might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall U Account. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall U Account then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing U Account not working


2. Fix U Account Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make U Account be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to U Account not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, U Account may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
