1. Poor.Why you need access to my photo, video and audio files?????Do not download, they want information such as your contact lists, your storage and pictures, along with location, lord knows what they're doingIt keeps telling me to enter contact phone numbers, but accept any number I put in.

2. Good app, just nothing in my location.The app can be very slow and doesn't show all the available assignments for some reason in my area but when it does its alot easier to fill in an assignment via the app.

3. My only criticism is they need to understand in this day and age plans have can change due to ongoing illnesses.Useful except unable to upload video assignments, have to log into the desktop site.

4. Would also be useful to be able to view a list of the assignments rather than on a map.Good, genuine, you do get paid out all they state as long as you follow brief.

5. For all of those who couldn't create an account, of you had of read the info about the app it had a link to set up your account before downloading the app.

6. Probably a good thing, of they can't figure that out you probably don't won't them completing the assignments.

7. First thing when opening the app, the link to sign up is broken.

1. Fix Mystery Shoppers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mystery Shoppers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mystery Shoppers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mystery Shoppers" » Open Mystery Shoppers Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mystery Shoppers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mystery Shoppers Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mystery Shoppers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mystery Shoppers Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mystery Shoppers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mystery Shoppers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mystery Shoppers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mystery Shoppers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mystery Shoppers not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mystery Shoppers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mystery Shoppers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mystery Shoppers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
