Why should I report an Issue with RTA m-Wallet?

1. Digital wallet to store all the documents issued by the transport department.

1. RC's are displayed twice with duplicate records and getting errors when opening Licenses.For entering the last 5 digits of chasing number , only integers are allowed, but for our car, last two digits are alphabets , which is not being updated, please solve this issue asap.When I check my DL, it shows some weird error.

2. Plz roll back to previous version which was working better.After recent update insurance details not synced with latest dates.

3. Dear developer please look in to that and resolve the issue.After latest update of App, ERROR IN OPENING DL and Insurance data is incorrect.

4. The older version of the app was better which had correct data, hope this will be corrected soon.Recent update made this the worst.

5. In previous version there was no error and the data was upto date including Insurance expiry.

6. Either fixtgem or roll back to prev versionOld version is good, new updated version was waste,, i save my RC and DL but it's not opening.

7. The details added are missing with a wierd error _Double is not a valid integer.

8. Kindly fix the issue and bugsThere are few bugs in the recent update.

9. If the internet is not on, then even the dl and rc which are added also are not listed These errors are not in the prev version if app.

10. While opening an RC it gives an error "type double is not subtype of int" 2.

11. Also the insurance details are old and not refreshing.

1. Fix RTA m-Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RTA m-Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTA m-Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTA m-Wallet" » Open RTA m-Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTA m-Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTA m-Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTA m-Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTA m-Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTA m-Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTA m-Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTA m-Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTA m-Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTA m-Wallet not working

2. Fix RTA m-Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RTA m-Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RTA m-Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RTA m-Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
