Why should I report an Issue with PIwallet?

It will definitely moon pretty soon!Very Unclear IDK if I had to Create or Import a Wallet no Instructions at all like it says in Pi Net its not like I fill these in every day No it's my 1st time ever trying to Open a Crypto Wallet, I read on PI Net Codes began with G or S but it was asking for Passwords again IDK guess I'm waiting til the Mobile Wallet is out?Amazing Wallet.

2. PCHAIN is just a different, serious product, and PI Wallet is the wallet for Pchain (not for the PI network coin! )I just received an update from the pi app the wallet is out but is under review for mobile and to beware of scams.

4. Due to upcoming popularity of an other products, it should be mentioned that PI Wallet is not related anyhow with the "PI Network".

1. Fix PIwallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PIwallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PIwallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PIwallet" » Open PIwallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PIwallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PIwallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PIwallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PIwallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PIwallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PIwallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PIwallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PIwallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PIwallet not working

2. Fix PIwallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PIwallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PIwallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PIwallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
