I feel like I have to go through soooooo many verifications and steps just to buy bitcoin(I get that it’s for security reasons, but it would be great if you tried to find any room for improvement to make it an easier and better purchase experience)."The app is simple to use, you can send and receive crypto, but the only problem is once you uninstall and reinstall the app it doesn't recover the old wallet instead it asks you to create a new walletI have been collecting points for the wheel for months but the team have just removed the option.This application require update for smooth operation and other features needed, I love your app but take a look at Bitkeep as the user's can able to monitor the market flowth, buy wallets, selling wallet, increase and decrease under data.

1. Fix iToken Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iToken: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iToken App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iToken" » Open iToken: Secure Crypto Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iToken » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iToken: Secure Crypto Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iToken servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iToken: Secure Crypto Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iToken app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iToken might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iToken. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iToken then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iToken not working

2. Fix iToken Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iToken be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iToken not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iToken may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
