Why should I report an Issue with FortApp - Shop, Leaks, Challenges, Items & News?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Naxel Games to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I won't mind paying if it was £1-£2 as it's a great app.The new way you can link your account to automatically tick of completed challenges is so helpful, but with some challenges it gets a bit annoying because it dosnt show you exactly how much of that challenge u completed for example if there was a challenge to cut down 10 trees and u only did 3 it should say 3 out of ten to make it easier to figure out what challenges need to be focused onI love this app because if it's 7 o'clock and ur away from ur console/pc u could easily just go on this app and check out what's on the item shop.

I think that it would be great if you can add an option where whenever you sign in with your epic Id and refresh your challenges, you get a tab that shows the challenges you have done since the last time you refreshed and how much xp you got.Awesome app, I don't mind the ads or anything on there, I kindve wish there was a 1-2$ option for no ads (I haven't seen an option so forgive me if I'm wrong) but it's VERY VERY VEEERRYY useful, say you're at home and away from your @ home console and don't have a way of knowing, which challenges you need, which do coins you need, what's in shop, how to do the challenges, spontaneous news, I mean this app has everything, I don't mind the ads at all because of it.

3. It's a great app when I want to see leaked things, mark up challenges, and look at the item shop while I can but sometimes that gets vaulted because of a random message that appears when I load it up something about me not having internet even though I know it's up and running.

4. just click the bell 🔔 symbol on the item your looking for to get notified.Nice. It a really easy and simple app to track all your challenges and see what in the item shop without having to login.

5. i can see what is currently in the store and see upcoming /leaked stuff but the best thing of all is you can get notifications for subscribed items that you wanted along time ago but missed the opportunity such as the emotes.

6. Also tells upcoming challenges that are not shown on Fortnite, put early on the app that actually are true.

7. The only bad thing is that the item shop takes 5 minutes to load in, instead of 7 o'clock it's 7:05.

8. That's the only problem I have please fix and keep up the great work!I love the app and recommend it to anyone trying to max out their battle passes.

9. It does also sends me notifications for upcoming events or when they are happening so I don't need to go back into fortnite in my console.

10. It has this chart with challenges in each category and I can mark them if I have done them already, it really is way much easier.

11. Would love seeing a in-app option to see the videos instantly from the application and not needing to direct me to YouTube instead.

1. Fix FortApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FortApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FortApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FortApp" » Open FortApp - Shop, Leaks, Challenges, Items & News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FortApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FortApp - Shop, Leaks, Challenges, Items & News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FortApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FortApp - Shop, Leaks, Challenges, Items & News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FortApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FortApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FortApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FortApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FortApp not working

2. Fix FortApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FortApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FortApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FortApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
