1. I would not bother with it until the developer improves it, at a minimum, to mirror the information you get from the desktop site.Only works intermittently with Android v.11. Will not connect to the plant unless all open apps on the phone are first closed and then only connects about a third of the time.

2. It doesn't have any live information like that is available on the website, slow to load, and stops displaying data randomly.

1. Fix Sunny Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sunny Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sunny Portal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunny Portal" » Open Sunny Portal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunny Portal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sunny Portal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunny Portal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunny Portal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sunny Portal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunny Portal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sunny Portal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sunny Portal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sunny Portal not working
