About Healthy 365

1. Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

2. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints.

3. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises.

4. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Healthy 365 Customer Insights

1. Both parties (Samsung and Heathly365) blame each other, taking no responsibilities and no actions.Not expecting the best of usability, but can you do one basic add on... Please allow user to be able to "select all" with the notifications and choose "read" or "delete"... And give long-press capability to select what to delete as another choice.

2. Otherwise, the app will mostly be stuck on the stage of syncing, with the circle spinning endlessly...Buggy and frustrating experience, appears to randomly log out which is especially frustrating considering elderly might not be able to complete the login by themselves each time.

3. I'm sure you can expect a low quality tracker to last 2 years :)It doesn't help to retrieve despite log in singpass.

4. Juz kept showing something went wrong in the process! Then, it's not able to help rectify problem! Next is, Page of 365 app, became BLANK! PLEASE HELP! 31.5.23 This QR Quote scan is terrible.

5. Always cannot scan! Is it there's a certain quota limit??.... it's frustrating! Always unable to work on the SCAN! Pls do something about it! Or else removed it than giving us false hope/reward.I strongly recommend overhauling the app if you want to attract more users.

6. You should consider adding a feedback form button in the app to receive public feedback and make improvements when possible." Please update the food and drink options in the calorie tracker.

7. The workout that is being auto detected is not able to sync with the MVPA data.

8. I'm not able to use my Samsung Watch5 and am forced to carry an additional Axtro tracker.

9. And the scanning function is way off most of the times..😔Unstable App! App crashes the moment I select Samsung Health as my tracker.

10. ThanksIt doesn't sync well with third party tracker.

11. I use Samsung Watch and the app seems only able to sync the step.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Healthy 365 Issues

1. Fix Healthy 365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Healthy 365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Healthy 365 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Healthy 365" » Open Healthy 365 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Healthy 365 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Healthy 365 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Healthy 365 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Healthy 365" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Healthy 365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Healthy 365 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Healthy 365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Healthy 365 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Healthy 365 not working


2. Fix Healthy 365 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Healthy 365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Healthy 365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Healthy 365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, I have been having issues lately on clocking in health points in the 365 app. It can sync my daily steps perfectly and it’s reflected in the app. But the points stays the same for couple of months and haven’t been updating. Last health points clocked in was on 23rd Jan 2024. After that it hasn’t been clocking any health points ever since till today. Trust I understand I will only have 10 points max for 5k steps and any steps more than that will not earn me more points. I had restarted the phone and updated the app to the latest version. And the last resort is uninstalling and reinstalling the app which Im worried I will lose the health points I’ve accumulated so far. Pls advise and help me! It’s kinda frustrating. Really hope to hear from you soon.

  • I was unable to scan healthy 365 QR code gotten from purchasing healthier choice food for consecutively 3 days (8-10 Jan 2024). I scanned it right after making purchase so QR code is not expired. The app prompted 'QR code is not valid. Make sure you are scanning a Healthy 365 QR Code'.

  • Dear Sir/Madam
    Recently I redeemed my steps challenge reward.I could not redeem under EZ Link Card Can ID 8000 2300 0659 8497.So I redeemed under Simply Gro.At point of time I was not under Simply Go.I went to MRT top up Kiosk which I used to do when claiming the reward to the EZ Link Card. However it was not successful.I had to upgrade my Card to Simply Go which was successful.However the reward could not be claimed under Simply Go.
    I visited a Simply Go Kiosk at one of the Bus Interchange.But the reward could no be found.I had also installed Simply Go App but I could not find the way to retrieve the reward.
    Please advise how can the reward be retrieved so that I can add the amount to my EZ Link card (Passion) now upgraded to Simply Go.
    Appreciate kind assistance in this matter.I have up to 16th Jan to claim reward as stated on 365 app.

  • Dear Sir,

    Last week I made a My Healthpoints Redemption for SimplyGo: CAN ID 8008 1600 1135 6221.

    Unfortunately, I had forgotten the PAssion card had just expired, and I could not claim the SimplyGo rewards at the MRT Redemption machine.

    My new PAssion card is CAN ID 8000 2300 0273 3613.

    Please help me to rectify my error.

  • The steps registered in health365 is different from apple health in great variety. Example 1st Dec I clocked 13426 steps on apple health but 365 only registered 3041 steps. Also MVPA and Sleep are not updated.

  • Hi, I was prompted to update my healthy 365 app. After updating, the login page never shows up and keep saying I need to update my app which I already did. I updated since Friday, 24Nov and still unable to login on Saturday, 25Nov. Fyi, I switched off the phone on 24Nov night and switch on again on 25Nov.

    I have a $5 HPB voucher which expired on Saturday, 25Nov which I can't use as I am not able to login.

    Can you reinstate the $5 HPB voucher to my account as it's not the customer's fault for not utilising on the expiry date due to your system glitch?

  • Whenever I sync, I get the message , “something went wrong” (no “Oops!”). I get results for Steps and MPVA but no Sleep results. According to 365, I haven’t slept at all since 10th November! Please help. I have tried everything I can think of, deleting 365 app, switching of IPhone, switching off Tempo 4C, switching of my router and Bluetooth but nothing worked (except that I don’t get the “Oops!” Any more.
