It shows the same articles again and again without updating those out... The same articles always comes n never get updated.... I think it would far much better if It would have been updated everyday by some new articles on the screen... Otherwise I will have to uninstall... As well as reminding me of healthy foods or practices that I may have known at one time but have been too busy with β‘LIFEβ‘ to remember them! This app will help me live longer so that I can be around to watch my beautiful little granddaughters grow up! The frequent notifications for different things can be annoying sometimes but it's actually quite good cause it reminds you often to check it out and think about your health, it also has many different topics which can help you get interested.Love the app but really wish there was a search feature on here where you could easily find the article or specific tips your looking for.
4. Based on the name, I thought it would be a place for me to track cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.. with encouragement, motivation, and specific things I can do to improve each area of my health.
5. I like to read 1 or 2 articles each day and practice what I learned by the time I read the next 1 or 2.superb app to stay healthy.
