HealthHub SG Customer Insights

1. It would be appreciated by all if "Enable Quick Access" could disappear.In the Lab Test Results page for care receiver, the loading is slow, and it keeps returning to the beginning of the list after every view of a test result, meaning that users have to scroll down all over again to see the next test result.

2. Singpass always prompts that I'm logging into a new system each time i try to login and then healthhub is stuck with permanently processing the login...eventually not logging me in Quick access login also prompted me to login via singpassHorrible and frustrating app that is very slow and is basically built using a lazy in app browser.

3. Also noted that several older test results were empty, even though I used to be able to see them.The last update on 15th June 2023 seems to have caused the app to be tremendously slow & the dialog box "HealthHub isn't responding" keeps popping up every few seconds.

4. Frustrating and useless.Useless, latest version is ridiculously slow, you have to wait 30-40 seconds each time you click on something and in the end you still can't find your records on the app.

5. Presently, there are no notification alerts or sms for payment of outstanding bills, need to manually access the app to check for any outstanding bills.

6. For PillDelvery and PillLocker services, some hospitals have implemented charges which is not shown upfront.After did an application update today, the application become bad.

7. Either create a proper app or just direct the public to websiteGood attempt to provide an unified interface, however the Singhealth Group still deviate from the other 2 healthcare groups.

8. Syncing of data is painfully slow and notification of updated health summary is met with no records.

9. Samsung Galaxy A13, Android version 13The latest update is buggy.

10. Downloaded tax invoice file could not be scan for payment by Scan and Pay method found in bank apps.

11. Whether I tap on the back button of the phone itself or tap on the back arrow at the top of the page, or even the back arrow bedside my profile, they all bring me back to the main page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HealthHub SG Issues

1. Fix HealthHub SG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HealthHub SG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HealthHub SG App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HealthHub SG" » Open HealthHub SG » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HealthHub SG » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HealthHub SG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HealthHub SG servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HealthHub SG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HealthHub SG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HealthHub SG might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HealthHub SG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HealthHub SG then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HealthHub SG not working


2. Fix HealthHub SG Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HealthHub SG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HealthHub SG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HealthHub SG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
