Stark Suspension Customer Insights

1. For example, you can't edit or delete the built in programs and can only add a new plan or workout when selecting exercises, not on the screen that lists programs or workouts, which is counter intuitive and goes against the standard ui for almost all workout apps.

2. Please don't publish apps with incomplete features.The videos are not playing and the workout description video doesn't play eitherGood app.

3. The app wotks, buts it's clear it wasn't designed by an experienced developer.videos missing, incomplete programs and missing functionality.

4. It would be so much better if you could customize a workout and choose the exercises from the library that you want to do in any particular workout.

5. The exercise directory is good, but missing lots of basic exercises like calf raises and forearm.

6. Lastly, when using the app, the start countdown timer and other sound/voice cues will pause your music.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Stark Suspension Issues

1. Fix Stark Suspension Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Stark Suspension: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Stark Suspension App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stark Suspension" » Open Stark Suspension » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stark Suspension » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Stark Suspension app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stark Suspension servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stark Suspension" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Stark Suspension app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stark Suspension might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Stark Suspension. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stark Suspension then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stark Suspension not working


2. Fix Stark Suspension Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stark Suspension be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stark Suspension not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stark Suspension may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
