Really great tool.Very good in effective way of training, but I still see training coach is better than anything else.I purchased over 13 fitness apps but the Stark series is my go to since September 2021!Clear videos all body work out excellent appThe videos wont play customized workouts 😞Really good! Good visuals and variety of exercises.
2. Wish there were more preprogrammed full body workouts but I'll figure out the exercises and set up my own full body programs.Tq.Seems like cheap version of the one for IOS.
3. No tips on what to look out for just a video of someone doing the exercise from an angle that might not be helpful at all.Could make a fortune by having a wear OS 3 companion app to see these videos on the wrist on demand.
4. Also some exercises are shown badly, some are in the app twice.
5. I seriously don't get what it's trying to accomplish.
