1. If there's still ongoing development, would love more explanations over what each movement works, and the target muscles for some of the routines.Great app to get you started on TRX style suspension training.
2. Great library of individual exercises and workout routines.
3. My one complaint: the pictures only uses 1/10th of the screen on my Samsung 11 inch tablet.

6. The gifs are very small and the app can only be viewed in portrait mode.
7. But the app is FREE so overall a great value.

9. So it's actually better to look at it on your smart phone (uses about 1/3rd).
10. It's as if this app was designed for a 2007 flip phone.
