1. I deleted it for a short amount of time in the midst of trying out other fitness programs, and found that this one gives the best results, especially when the workouts are placed on a setting of two laps.
2. I also like the option each day of "easy" med." or "hard" and the option to do as many sets as you like for bonus points!This app is exactly what I was looking for, I like that it allows me to choose which stage that I feel comfortable in.
3. I can choose the medium level workout if I feel like easy or beginners course is just not enough of a workout for me.
4. But let me warn you that just because you feel as if your not working any muscles on the beginners course, take my advice and wait until you wake up the next day before you go and over do it, if your not use to working out, I would move up SLOWLY!!Easy to use app.
5. The examples of how to do the exercises are helpful to me and the point system and simple preset routines help me stay accountable and work out every day.
6. I love that you can go at your own pace and there is no annoying music, just a stop watch that really helps me keep up...but again it's optional (your timing), all that matters is the number of reps you complete.
7. I like doing this in the morning at home because it has very little sound.This is the perfect app for girls who want both a bigger buttocks and toned legs.
8. So if your looking to be timed for each set, not this app, however it does give you an overall workout time, including your rest.
9. It also has 5 simple but affective workouts dyring the days you do your excercises.
10. And it used to be offline but now for even calculating the duration of the workout I must go online.It's just perfect.
11. There is a rest period in between work outs and best of all you it allows you to do each set AT YOUR OWN PACE.I do like the app in general.
