1. Other than that it's a pretty good appAbsolutely Amazing! The password is very secure, you can make an account to always have your data saved to a cloud incase your phone gets corrupted, and it even has a page color option that makes it very easy on your eyes, to eliminate staining your eyes.

2. Other than that, this app suits my purposes just fine.I love that you can tag entries and put a password on the app! I use this app as a diary/personal writing storage(I hate when people read my stuff without permission).

5. other than that its a pretty solid app ads arent horrible and if you pay you can save to your account.Good app in general but it needs a better search function that you can tap an arrow so that it takes you to the next search result or at least a scroll bar that one can drag down the pages.

6. I have the unpaid version and I've only seen 3 ads since I downloaded the app 6 months ago.this was great for a while until like two minutes ago i opened the app, unlocked it, and ALLLLLL my notes were gone.

1. Fix Private Notepad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Private Notepad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Private Notepad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private Notepad" » Open Private Notepad - safe notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private Notepad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Private Notepad - safe notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private Notepad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private Notepad - safe notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Private Notepad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private Notepad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Private Notepad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Private Notepad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Private Notepad not working

2. Fix Private Notepad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Private Notepad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Private Notepad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Private Notepad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
