1. Definitely not the best for mobility.New pricing is TOO EXPENSIVE, make the one off payment more reasonable and I will buy! Initial impressions of this app are extremely positive, having looked at literally dozens of similar apps, Create My Notes seems to have everything I want, it can add text, pictures, links, videos etc., and with a nice layout and folder structure, together with widgets, it should cover most needs.

2. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Can you imagine wanting to take a note on something while in a business meeting, or in church, or in class, or in a library? UNINSTALLED! EDIT: The developer says, "Full screen video ads are not shown frequently." ONCE is too many.

3. Second, it's EVERY TIME I open the appSimilar to the note app by zoho, could use some improvements, would like the option to open the app with a notebook view instead of seeing all of my notes all jumbled together.

4. Dark mode is great, until it flashes white when you try to make a text note.

6. The Web Clipper doesn't bring images from a targeted article to a note.

7. Has most of what I'm looking for: sync, customization, note lock, inline pics, search, note formatting, reminder.

8. Although I can still copy images from web and paste them on note, it would be more convenient if automatic behavior is enabled.

1. Fix Smart Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Notes" » Open Smart Notes - Rich Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Notes - Rich Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Notes - Rich Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Notes not working

2. Fix Smart Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
