But could not recover the backup at any time.This app namely " Private Notebook " is really a very good and reliable app to be trusted for keeping our private or secret notes in a confidential way with a strong password to access it whenever we wish to access the app to view one's private notes.

2. I recommend all to install it from Google Play Store if you wanted that, your private and secrecy notes should be kept confidential.I lost all my precious notes after i switched my phone and i cant restore anything i hope you fix this problem.

1. Fix Private Notebook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Private Notebook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Private Notebook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private Notebook" » Open Private Notebook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private Notebook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Private Notebook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private Notebook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private Notebook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Private Notebook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private Notebook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Private Notebook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Private Notebook then reinstall.
