1. 3) The functions of BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINE, STRIKE THROUGH, etc., are NOT available with this app -- as is the case with about 99% of the rubbish Notes & Notepad apps here on the Mobile Google Play Store -- so I spent practically FOREVER trying to find an app that DID have those functions... and I FINALLY did, and it's called Weekly Notepad with the green notebook as its logo image.

2. The Weekly Notepad app was JUST what I needed to replace the QuickMemo+ note-taking app from my old LG smartphone & tablet, an important feature that is missing from my current new 5" Motorola Moto e4 smartphone.

3. I like this application, but it has a some issues: 1) Firstly, whenever I have one of the notes open & decide to navigate away from it to either another app &/or the home screen the notes automatically closes and I have to click back on it to open it back up.

4. 2) this big, annoying, blurry (old-fashioned looking) image of the application's logo appears whenever I click on it to open it.

5. Looks as though this is the case of me having to kiss MANY, many Frogs & Toads b/f I'd FINALLY found The One that (at LAST) became a prince!This is a simple easy to use app.

1. Fix Notepad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notepad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notepad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notepad" » Open Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notepad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notepad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notepad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notepad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notepad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notepad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notepad not working

2. Fix Notepad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notepad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notepad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notepad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
