1. Don't waste your time, try something else.All fine until you need their suport - live chat- where you get short useless answers and they just wash their hands and redirect you to whoever (Diana) very unprofessional way of speaking and solving (nothing for that matter).

2. I removed the account and tried to add it again (as I did last time when it stopped working), but now I cannot even add it anymore... It's a shame, because the app is really useful.

3. The integration almost worked for a period of time with an additional step required every month, but now it stopped working altogether.

5. Then bills were not going in anymore and if they were, it was showing wrong amounts to pay.That is an interesting app, useful for the months spent in Romania.In Romania it's the worst app.

8. Talk about evil genius... Nevertheless, the bank statement says "Timeless SRL" or something, instead of the operator towards which you paid, which is a no go because you can't keep track of your finances and to whom you paid each sum.

9. Edit: solved via uninstalling and reinstalling a few times , although the device was barnd new and fully updated.Disconnects frequently, hard to impossible to login.

10. Well, I want to change my address for fun, why do you think? Because it changed on my identity card, that's why and I used to buy the car insurance though this app for the past 3 years.

11. After a very long time, the Vodafone issue has not been solved and got even worse.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pago Issues

1. Fix Pago Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Pago: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pago App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pago" » Open Pago » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pago » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pago app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pago servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pago" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pago app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pago might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pago. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pago then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pago not working

2. Fix Pago Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pago be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pago not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pago may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
