In additional, My phone G7 thinQNo option to recover files only photo, video, and contact recovery available in this app but this app shows picture about .XML etc !IF YOU PEOPLE ARE SMART DONT EVER DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS F-ING APP IT CLEANED MY PHONE COMPLETLY OUT!!! I HAVE ABSOLUTLY NOTHING LEFT ON MY PHONE EXCEPT E-MAIL, AND GOOGLE LEFT!!! THIS APP IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF GARBAGE AND THAT'S PUTTING WHAT I REALLYTHINK OF IT VERY NICELY.

If you create an app you are better off making one that actually does what the title suggests instead of one that wastes time and data.Totally useless app, can't find anything, false advertising claim it can find all files but it can't even find anything, and only has selections to try photo video etc but not ALL FILES.

3. What do you meaning by "Recover deleted all files "?? All files mean audio , video , documents , and contacts ? They are kidding us.Would not scan to even find videos.

4. It took some time but it was definitely worth it!It doesn't work, you allow access to the gallery and get nothing only spam.I thought I'd lost my contacts forever.

1. Fix File Recover Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart File Recover: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the File Recover App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "File Recover" » Open File Recover : Photo Recovery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for File Recover » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear File Recover : Photo Recovery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from File Recover servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "File Recover : Photo Recovery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check File Recover app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, File Recover might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall File Recover. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall File Recover then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing File Recover not working

2. Fix File Recover Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make File Recover be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to File Recover not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, File Recover may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
