1. Stop messing around with stuff that actually works.Am I missing something? Can I really not access my A360 'drive' saved models through this app? Can't view .RVT, .NWC or .IFC? If that's truly the case, what even is the point of this app? I'm at a loss for words - can't believe that Autodesk hasn't implemented any kind of effective Android Tablet 3D viewer (sim BIMX) for their softwares.Works for about 4 days then just times out on everything.

2. Just get your free account from the autodesk website to use it.Installed A360 to be able to use my files from the 360 drive - turns out that besides fusion team i can see nothing.

3. does not display text for comments created in both the app itself and the web app ...measurement-tool not works any more :( I'm using that app, Android-A360 and really enjoying it.

4. We have lost so much time on this project we just informed the company that contracted us that we will no longer accept any files that must be opened on the a360.

5. Takes a while to load up the model (which has pipework pumps, stairs, multi level buildings, machiney etc) but stable once its going.

1. Fix A360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart A360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the A360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "A360" » Open A360 - View CAD files » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for A360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear A360 - View CAD files app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from A360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "A360 - View CAD files" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check A360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, A360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall A360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall A360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing A360 not working

2. Fix A360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make A360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to A360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, A360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
