Why should I report an Issue with WhatsDeleted: Recover Messages?

But unfortunately it does the opposite of work, it will ask you to grant permission of messages, photos & videos but after then when you want to restore deleted messages it will respond you by saying "Oops sorry, something went wrong try again later" or by saying "The are message deleted, we'll let you know soon"I downloaded this and made sure to grant all permissions needed, and then I purposely deleted messages at random times and whatsdeleted did NOT recover even 1 of the deleted messages.

2. Uninstalled.Didn't like the fact that after I downloaded this I still couldn't see some of the messages that were deleted and then they magically want me to pay for a "premium" upgrade to listen to avn after it was deleted and it popped up in the app.

3. And it gives the impression that once you install it, it can retrieve messages that were accidentally deleted prior to installing it (but it doesn't.

4. Yes it does recover all of the deleted massages its good and I hope more people try it too.

5. It does not have alot of ads and the ads are only 2 seconds long and it records your calls and everything elseThis app is unbelievable, I installed it with the hope that it will work according to the way it was meant to work.

6. It's great at showing me advertisements every 2 seconds but it doesn't recover anything.

7. After paying for premium, you won't be able to stop the app from storing all status media on your phone memory.

8. I just canceled my subscription.The minute it was installed a volume of the junk apps started coming.

9. Although the subscription can be canceled after 3 free trial days it is almost impossible to do.Privacy policy is sketchy as hell.

1. Fix WhatsDeleted Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatsDeleted: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatsDeleted App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatsDeleted" » Open WhatsDeleted: Recover Messages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatsDeleted » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatsDeleted: Recover Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatsDeleted servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatsDeleted: Recover Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatsDeleted app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatsDeleted might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatsDeleted. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatsDeleted then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatsDeleted not working

2. Fix WhatsDeleted Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatsDeleted be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatsDeleted not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatsDeleted may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
