SSS Customer Insights

1. When I successfully opened the app or access my account through their website it suddenly turns into black screen so I have to refresh then boom! Invalid userid or password again.

2. How inconvenient! So, what now? Paano yung mga walang wi-fi? Nakakaloka.I always get wrong password, I have to change it multiple times, I can only log in once a day! Terrible! How can this be fixed????Its a hassle to input your username and password when you open the app once a month.

3. user-friendly and easy to edit information.Everyrime I log in it says "invalid userid or password" when in fact I log in using the same details all the time! I have to change my password always! This is frustrating.

4. Do I really have to do this everytime I want to check my account?how come it keeps on appearing that I need to registered for DAEM eventhough that it was my second request? Why do you tolerating this kind of issue even if the person or the main account holder was specifically elligible.

5. They even blocked me when I replied on email 🙄 zero zero zero!!!!!!!!!!Been using this app in paying my monthly contributions esp during the height of the pandemic, but im so disappointed with this app lately.

6. I can't understand this application.Having trouble apply for a salary load via App when choosing for the employer it still shows the previous emplpyer and once I select previous or current employer, nothing happens and no employer was selected.

7. Everytime I log in always say "invalid user id or password" 🤔 but I use it in the Google website its the same user id and password.

8. You confirmed that it was a system generated basis, meaning it has be really accurate when it comes to this kind of request.

9. it has to be reliable, convinient, secured, updated, news and current affairs.

10. Integrate a fingerprint verification, for easier access like landbank, then automatically save the username when we login.

11. And now, it says that i have to update again, but i cant bec it will download only on wi-fi, and i dont have wi-fi.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SSS Issues

1. Fix SSS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SSS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SSS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SSS" » Open SSS Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SSS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SSS Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SSS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SSS Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SSS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SSS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SSS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SSS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SSS not working


2. Fix SSS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SSS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SSS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SSS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
