1. Counts steps inaccurately, pops up ads every time you press the screen (when given the choice to watch an ad to double energy, might as well press it because if you don't, it will still show an ad anyways.

2. If I don't see some real, tangible rewards by the time it resets the puzzle pieces again(supposed to reset again at the end of this month).

3. First, you have 7 days to get 16 puzzle pieces, well when doing activities to get puzzle pieces, its ridiculous that tou get the same puzzle piece 5 times in a row, hence lessening the chances of completing the puzzle.

4. The puzzle lives just give you the multiple times I had 2 pieces left used all my points and still had 2 left with out a way to get more before it expires today.

5. get motivated to get points, but the first time you're able to get something it's out of stock, then the next ones out of stock, then the next ones out of stock.

6. Also, if anyone having anything to do with the ads reads this, you should stop reusing the same videos on different ads.I really wanted to try this but the fact that you can't click a single item without triggering an impression (ad) is ridiculous.

7. Please fix.This seemed pretty good, until the "puzzle pieces" I had collected disappeared.

8. Once in awhile you might get a single puzzle piece, but that is very rare.

9. I altered the goal for the new day but the time and steps were frozen on the previous day.

10. I have spun over 500 times and it lands on the same 2 almost every single time.

11. The Lucky Spin only lands on the same 2 tiles every time.

1. Fix Step Younger+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Step Younger+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Step Younger+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Step Younger+" » Open Step Younger+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Step Younger+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Step Younger+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Step Younger+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Step Younger+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Step Younger+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Step Younger+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Step Younger+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Step Younger+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Step Younger+ not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Step Younger+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Step Younger+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Step Younger+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
