1. 1$ is better then nothing.This app is a "Why bother"!!!! I downloaded app and while registering it advised I had an account already - when I selected the password reset link I get stuck in and endless loop of getting the email with the rest link, clicking the link, putting in a new password and being told the link is invalid and request a new one.

2. It makes doing anything in the app or site a great difficulty... and yes, it appears in the app that you have already downloaded from Google Play (?????????!!!).Experienced way too many issues with communicating with Goodwill's computers, when paying for idem's.

3. I was hoping to use this to track the sales of my store and possible download the monthly coupon, but this app is absolutely useless ☹️If this is "the easiest way to find Goodwill locations", then they will never be found.

4. I bought a tablet locked to Google, what can I do with that?Literally have one Goodwill on the map, about 3 miles away and it can't detect it within a 10 mile radius? I have screenshots if asked for them, I'd really like this to work.

5. I've tried contacting tech support for days and while they have time to take down my review, they can't fix the ap? Complete waste of time! Frustrating and useless! The ap is a TERRIBLE representation of Goodwill.

6. The company should get its money back for this POS!Bruh, Goodwill must have an intimate relationship with FEDEX because the shipping fees are crazy.

7. Goodwill needs to remove the "Get it on Google Play" pop-up from both their app and their site until they have tested their code.

8. Still says there's no Goodwill nearby...Terrible app that is caught on a Settings loop asking me to enable location even though it's already set to enable.

9. I manually found the Goodwill store on the map and selected it but it doesn't do anything.

10. Absolutely useless No matter how many times I put in my zip code or changed the "within __ miles of" option, I could never get this to locate my store - even though I know there are 3 stores within 20 miles of me.

11. About to just delete the dang app! Also as feedback, getting a continuous pop up encouraging me to get the app every 10 seconds is infuriating!Awful Ap! The location feature and login/registration don't work.

1. Fix Goodwill Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Goodwill: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Goodwill App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Goodwill" » Open Goodwill Mobile App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Goodwill » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Goodwill Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Goodwill servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Goodwill Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Goodwill app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Goodwill might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Goodwill. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Goodwill then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Goodwill not working

2. Fix Goodwill Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Goodwill be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Goodwill not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Goodwill may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
