1. With the Coronavirus, stay at home, being at risk and having chonic widespread pain, this has truly been a Godsend!It's an experience for sure I love it cause I can still keep my appointment and it feels like your in the office but yet your in the comfort of your home....I highly recommend it..Was concerned about this but all involved (nurses, doctors etc.) were VERY helpful and informative.

2. One suggestion... pharmacy map selection should show names by pushpins.Im changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star because the doctor was supposed to provide me documentation to miss work and he never sent it.

3. It was convenient at first but has ended up being a problem and going to cost me double because the doctor didnt do what he said he was going to do.Excellent app! Had both of my Drs visits via app worked beautifully.

4. Was able to see my doctor with no problems and was able to communicate hit with him.. Excellent app it's sort app to use to see my doctor with absolutely absolutely clear communication institution both visually as authoritarily.

5. Saw a doctor and he could not help and yet now I am out money I dont even have.The video stopped had to keep reconnecting but overall it was ok and i liked this video visitSometimes I used these app.

6. Installed app, answered questions, spoke with doctor, and got prescription sent to nearby 24/7 pharmacy in about an hour.

7. He has been offline since I saw him yesterday so I guess Im gonna have to pay to see another doctor to get the document I need for my job.

8. Would have been better using my desktop but no camera and sound did not work.Overpriced app that the local city is pushing.

1. Fix BasinMD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BasinMD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BasinMD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BasinMD" » Open BasinMD by Midland Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BasinMD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BasinMD by Midland Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BasinMD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BasinMD by Midland Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BasinMD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BasinMD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BasinMD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BasinMD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BasinMD not working

2. Fix BasinMD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BasinMD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BasinMD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BasinMD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
