About aWallet Cloud Password Manager

1. • Securely stores your passwords, credit card information, e-banking credentials, web accounts and other custom data. • Synchronizes encrypted data with your own cloud account: Dropbox or Google Drive. • There is a built-in Editor for changing or creating new data Categories with custom icons. • Supports backup and restore of the encrypted data file to the Android USB device. • Export of unencrypted data in CSV format to the USB device. • There is an Auto lock feature that can be preconfigured for a specific period of time. • All data is encrypted, including Entry names, Category definitions and the data itself. • Encrypts data using AES or Blowfish algorithms with key sizes of 256, 192 or 128 bits. • When the data file is decrypted, up to all combinations of algorithm and key size are tried with the Master password to unlock the data file.

2. Repetitive hashing makes a brute force attack more difficult. • Supports auto destruction of the data file after a predefined number of unsuccessful unlocks have been tried.

3. Salt helps to protect from off-line dictionary attacks. • The key to open the data file is created by combining your master password with the 512-bit 'salt'.

4. The app itself does not store any hint to the actual cipher or key size. • Uses a randomly generated 'salt' combined with the Master password.

5. This makes brute force attacks longer.

6. The result is hashed 1000 times by SHA-256.

7. If you like this App, rate it in Google Play.

8. If you have any suggestions, just let me know.

aWallet Cloud Password Manager Customer Insights

1. I can see the data.crypt file Petr is talking about, he even looked at it and said it looks fine, but every time I try to restore my passwords, it say "Download Failed." I have two Google accounts and have tried both of those and once I logged into those I checked for the data, crypt files in both Google Drive and Drop Box and used the only one I found in all of those, still nothing.

2. I'm very disappointed in the ability to retrieve my information and I would suggest if you're going to use aWallet you also back up your passwords somewhere else, which negates the whole purpose of the aWallet, to securely protect your passwords with the ability to restore them from the cloud if your phone is lost, as was mine.I've had worsening memory and attention issues my whole life.

3. This app works so well and has all the features I need in a password manager.Inconsistent Cloud Storage... I've had this app for years, but that's mostly because I Paid for it & I really hate wasting money.

4. Also, I've tried a variety of password manager apps & either they don't have the features I'm looking for or they are paid apps, as well, & these apps are all fairly pricey (compared to other types of apps).

5. No adds in paid version. The app works great, but with over 300 accounts and different passwords I was getting a little nervous and wanted to back everything up.

6. This has become one of my most used, beneficial, and reliable apps. The very best password keeper, and I definitely recommend the pro version for its additional features.

7. Backup between platforms, it just works! I've been using since version 1.. and it's almost perfect.

8. This makes it very simple to transfer all your settings and information when you get a new device; takes about 2 seconds.Excellent. I've used aWallet for years with never a problem.

9. If you don't intend to back up your files, I think it's great and have used it for years, if you do intend to back your passwords up, I would use caution.

10. However, a recurring "glitch" that I'm fed up with is the data not saving properly to the cloud backup.

11. I've been using it for years on many different phones and tablets with no problems.

  • I am being asked for a master password. I had biometric fingerprint enabled. I had to update fingerprint reader and now I am being asked for a password I hadn't used in years. The whole point of this app was to overcome this password nonsense!!

  • I use from many years your app awallet cloud on an android system (Samsung) and an other on an iPhone.
I am very happy with this apps.
A use normally the fingerprint to login.
From some weeks, I changed my old Samsung. I installed the same app and probably I changed my password.
    It is work good.
After one problem to open the app, not a problem from password but the app will not open, (open and close immediately), I restart my phone without a resolution from problem.
