We're Working Out Customer Insights

1. The only thing that I would add to is a way to have a basic workout with all the main moves where you could track your own your own progression and unlocks moves with higher difficulty each time you do it.This application is actually very intuitive and easy to use.

2. The fact we can't create and save custom workots is the only real downside - though there is nothing stopping you from just using the library and taking notesGood graphics with some quick and easy routines for novices.

3. My only recommendation would be that I wished the app had a custom workout creator using the library in the paid version, that would make this perfect !The app is very well made.

4. The exercise library with its animations, progressions and related exercises is great.

5. Exercise demonstrations aren't particularly informative in terms of form, there has been no significant update in the exercise library over 5 years.

6. Also to see a daily summary of the exercise would be really great (exercise time per day, burnt calories or similar).

7. Take my money and let me keep the premium version please Devs!! :)Not very useful app, it's just a library of exercises with some tracking feature.

8. That's great, I don't like subscriptions, they become pricy over time an and what you are actually doing is renting the product but now owning it.

9. I am a personal trainer and see all sorts of rubbish training apps with over complicated menus or poor exercise selections.

10. What I miss is the opportunity to create my own plans from the Exercise Library.

11. However, if you're interested in a solid workout app that will help you build strength and learn calisthenics, I'd point you to other apps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix We're Working Out Issues

1. Fix We're Working Out Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart We're Working Out: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the We're Working Out App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "We're Working Out" » Open We're Working Out - Al Kavadlo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for We're Working Out » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear We're Working Out - Al Kavadlo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from We're Working Out servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "We're Working Out - Al Kavadlo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check We're Working Out app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, We're Working Out might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall We're Working Out. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall We're Working Out then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing We're Working Out not working


2. Fix We're Working Out Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make We're Working Out be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to We're Working Out not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, We're Working Out may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
