1. However, the only negative comment I have about this update is that it doesn't include the line graph that tracks your progress in the stats section which was in the previous version.

2. Having a commercial after every workout is better than it happening every time I open it, but it still makes me want to uninstall it on some days.The new update is great.

3. Will confirm if the bottom ad goes away.I used to use this app years ago when i was younger to get in shape and help with that the pro version was great! but now that its a subscription im kinda at a loss for what to do because quarentine made me pick back up the weight.

4. I really liked the line graph as it was clear how you're progressing and keeps you encouraged knowing that you're gaining progress.

5. And for God's sake don't ruin the app (like how others have) by adding weird creepy stick figure animations! Links to YouTube videos would be more than sufficient! Thanks.

6. After I was able to do week six day three I kept going and can do almost double those numbers but there is no way to enter new targets.

7. I don't know how to train but this is helping me figure that out and I've made noticeable progress each time, even when I fail workouts and have to try again next time.

8. Even now where I've done up to 390 and average around 360, some days I don't make it to 100 on the first set.Prior to this recent update I would have given this app a 5.

9. Stats... where's the line graph? My biggest complaint is the name change.

10. Another friend suggested a workout plan that mirrors what's in the app which is a great sign.

11. Update - I still liked the old interface better, but now that I'm used to it it's ok.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Just 6 Weeks Issues

1. Fix Just 6 Weeks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Just 6 Weeks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Just 6 Weeks App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Just 6 Weeks" » Open Just 6 Weeks » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Just 6 Weeks » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Just 6 Weeks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Just 6 Weeks servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Just 6 Weeks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Just 6 Weeks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Just 6 Weeks might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Just 6 Weeks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Just 6 Weeks then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Just 6 Weeks not working


2. Fix Just 6 Weeks Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Just 6 Weeks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Just 6 Weeks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Just 6 Weeks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
