1. I got no response from the support emails I have sent yet and my cell phone number I purchased subscribed to will expire in 2 days meaning I will lose the cell phone number that I paid for but it does not work anyways now.
2. Now my account does not work and I can't even use the FreeRangeMobile cell phone number I subscribed to and can't use the other $5.00 I paid for.
3. I was able to make one call, then 6 hours later I received 2 email stating my payment failed! Spoke to a rep and he stated it was is a banking issue! And still no service.
4. I just registered and paid for the large service and received a phone number.
5. I would not even rate this with one star.So far is awesome as far as calls go very good quality so far...idk yet if I can just use this app with no other service on my phone idk?? Be awesome if I could!!!.
6. I am going to do a charge-back with my credit card company to get money back from this company.Since 2 months i am not able to call at any number.
7. I even call customer service number but they always say to email.
8. I contacted their support using their phone number and also by email.
9. Now i have told bank to block the transaction from freerange.They took my payment, sent a text and 3 email of confirmation of my payment.
10. Around $40 down the drain since I dropped em.It is not up to standard.One of the problem is the history of text,it dosen't show that.I think they can do bettergood app but you can't use speaker because the button don't work.
11. I tried to buy a month plan using my debit card but it didn't work even after more than 10 trials.
