1. An email client that doesn't send emails is no good to anyone ☹️Ordinarily id be annoyed at prompts to leave feedback each new screen; however it's worth it, 5 stars added.

2. Well done devUnfortunately, I use TalkTalk mail which has been taken over by flashing adverts and spam emails in the main inbox on its revamp.

3. One issue that I have with the platform is that when I send a email using my phone it does not show up in the sent folder but when I send it using my laptop it does show up in the sent folder.

1. Fix EasyMail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyMail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyMail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyMail" » Open EasyMail - easy and fast email » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyMail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyMail - easy and fast email app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyMail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyMail - easy and fast email" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyMail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyMail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyMail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyMail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyMail not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyMail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyMail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyMail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
