I know its not a commercial type vpn, but it does the job just as well.Am giving you three star cause the first time i start the app it work smoothly suddenly later the app started displayimg some text that it has umfortunately stop or cant open cool vpn so i will like you guys to do something on that okay !!Just amazing.

1. Fix Cool VPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cool VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cool VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cool VPN" » Open Cool VPN – Fast Secure&Unlimited VPN- Hotspot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cool VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cool VPN – Fast Secure&Unlimited VPN- Hotspot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cool VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cool VPN – Fast Secure&Unlimited VPN- Hotspot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cool VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cool VPN might not work.
