1. TWITTER Didn't BOTHER WITH IT..Easy access to lots of stats, like progress, place, course, overall runners as well as individuals.This is a great app, wish they had this back when I was running Half Marathons.

2. 🤣My mom would have loved this app, while watching from the River Center Marriott hotel window.Liverpool rnr is on 6 days all info ref tracking on the website and runner info pds, points to this app and the event isn't even listed.

3. One ran 10K , other ran Half Marathon..it was great to see at one point they passed one another on opposite sides of the course.. You could actually see when they increased their pace! Really enjoyed.

4. Also just found out they charge extra for the photos too, so don't forget to take some pics for yourself on the course.Great app! I watched my runner the whole way.

5. Where are the upcoming events? I would like to be able to view all the upcoming events, learn about each, see info, sign up, see course maps, events, etc, but all that seems to be in the app is the past events.

6. Organization and aid stations were great, the course itself was disappointing (not even 1km of coast or beach despite being in San Diego).

7. And asking to email the official email address or send them a message in any other format is a waste of time as they don't respond!!!!Enjoyed watching my friends run the race and see exactly where they were at.

8. Not sure how you're supposed to sync to it for the Virtual Runs and there are no instructions on the app.Loved it! It was so wonderful being able to track my runner.

9. love the idea of tracking runners and seeing results, but it needs to be much more context rich for me to use, so I'll most likely delete unless I see a change.Just did the San Diego marathon.

10. The free beer ticket was only good for hard kombucha, which sucked, but there was beer available for purchase after the race at least but was surprised there was no water available in the beer garden.

11. Would be easier to track people who you follow that are running especially if you have mobile cheer squad.All the app shows is old races that were cancelled.

1. Fix Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rock 'n' Roll Running Series: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rock 'n' Roll Running Series" » Open Rock 'n' Roll Running Series » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rock 'n' Roll Running Series » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rock 'n' Roll Running Series app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rock 'n' Roll Running Series servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rock 'n' Roll Running Series" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rock 'n' Roll Running Series app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rock 'n' Roll Running Series might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rock 'n' Roll Running Series. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rock 'n' Roll Running Series then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rock 'n' Roll Running Series not working
