1. It's just the most perfect app you could find.Very good app, especially for teens, I am 13 I finally found such a amazing app to help me continue to be in shape !! This app is a 5 star !! I also love how they give you stretches to help you exercise better, not a lot of apps to do that, it's completely customizable and it picks out a routine just for you, there are also videos that show you how to do anything they are telling you! It's amazing , I definitely do recommend this app to anyone who is trying to stay fit !This is the best exercising app so far! Down from the water reminder, the AI female robot giving instructions on how to perfectly get into position, the diet options and every other stuff, I love it! Although I've just started using the app, but I'm pretty optimistic it's gonna turn out great anyway.
2. This is a great app that I will continue using.Free and awesome gives you a quiz at the beginning to see where you should start is very motivational and tells when you are half way done with the exercise and when your about 4 seconds away from being done.
3. Each exercise comes with a video to help you get into the right position, timing is great as well and most importantly the exercise plan is bad d on your body mass index and other information.
4. keep it up butt workout!I have been trying a lot of exercise apps but none equaled my experience with this app, it has been amazing so far.

6. I have some health issues that make it tiring to stick to an exercise routine but this is very mangeable and I appreciate that you can start at a beginner lvl.

8. The pre stretch is great and helps you warm up and then transitions smoothly into the workout.I'm not going to lie, this is the perfect app and there's no other way to describe it.

10. The only thing I would say is that she goes a little fast but gives time to catch up and rest before next exercise.
