After using for a short time, I have a few suggestions on improvements could be made: 1) Ability to add full customer details including email and physical address 2) Ability to choose a past date for Stock-In (actually ability to choose a past or future date for any entry that requires a date) 3) Ability to add images to stock items Thanks and keep up the good work!I have been using it for 3 years.

2. Wow! What kind of customer service and loyalty retention stratetgy!Been using this for 2 years now,the challenge comes on this new update,app is being installed but not even opening up until the screen turns whie.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix StockApp Issues

1. Fix StockApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart StockApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the StockApp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StockApp" » Open StockApp: M-POS|ORDER|SELL » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StockApp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear StockApp: M-POS|ORDER|SELL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StockApp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StockApp: M-POS|ORDER|SELL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check StockApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StockApp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall StockApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StockApp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StockApp not working


2. Fix StockApp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StockApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StockApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StockApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
