1. It never asks about my PayPal email addressAt first i like this,because it really pays me after i completed the survey.And then last time i answered survey,after i emailed them for not receiving the payment,right away they sent it and i received it.But last night i finished answered the survey and until now they didn't pay.What happened?Its a nice app that actually pays out .

Much better off accessing the site via web browser (even when on phone)Terrible apparently I don't complete any surveys I'm pretty sure I have completed a few of them but like most other surviving you barely get started and it wasn't a good match for you for my surveys and I don't even see the place where you're supposed to get gift cards or anything show up on the app like it doesn't load right it is by far one of the worst survey after I've ever taken because it don't even fake it like you're going to make anything like most of them do that's how bad it isIt was bad.
3. A legit app with instant reward/cash transfer to PayPal but waste a lot of time by cancelling the survey when u are almost 50% on it.
4. Too bad and annoying.It's legit and I understand if sometimes it takes long time to complete the survey.
5. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP.I start surveys but in the middle the page comes up error.
6. Ever since I downloaded this app, I have not been able to partake in any survey.
7. They should have a 5 or 10 preliminary questions and if we qualify...we should not be logged out.App would refresh each time I rotate screen.
8. Each refresh discards the existing survey being done.
9. Thank you for this app I'm grateful for it.Cannot get past the initial survey.
10. But sometimes the requirements for certain survey is ridiculous.
11. They keep telling me that there's no survey for me even when they still bring a survey.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SurveyTime Issues
1. Fix SurveyTime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart SurveyTime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the SurveyTime App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SurveyTime" » Open SurveyTime : make money from surveys | survey = $1 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SurveyTime » click "UPDATE".
- Clear SurveyTime : make money from surveys | survey = $1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SurveyTime servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SurveyTime : make money from surveys | survey = $1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check SurveyTime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SurveyTime might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall SurveyTime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SurveyTime then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SurveyTime not working
2. Fix SurveyTime Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SurveyTime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SurveyTime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SurveyTime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
